St. Joseph Health System, a longtime hospital group in North Central Indiana, has been providing a wide range of healthcare services to residents in the region for generations. But the brand’s market presence wasn’t as strong as desired, with competitors commanding too much of the local airwaves and consumer mindshare.
St. Joseph needed to get the word out to South Bend, Mishawaka, Plymouth, and Elkhart area residents about its health system’s array of offerings and compassionate approach to healthcare, and needed to do it fast. Luckily, St. Joe’s had a Plan B.
To help raise brand awareness, Plan B leveraged its wealth of healthcare expertise to create an engaging marketing campaign. Our team submitted to St. Joseph several campaign concepts. Once a direction was established we demonstrated the potential reach of the campaign, and hospital leadership decided to add another execution.
The result? A multi-execution effort spanning several channels, including video, radio, and out-of-home, all in the name of building awareness about St. Joseph Health System.
