Project Manager
Description
Plan B is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our fast-paced, creative, and collaborative agency team. You’ll manage a diverse mix of brand development, digital, and lead generation projects across B2B and B2C clients.
As the vital link between clients and internal teams, you’ll keep campaigns running smoothly—on time, on budget, and on strategy. You’ll partner with account, creative, and production teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and internal teams
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead project kickoffs, maintain status reports, and keep everyone aligned and informed
- Anticipate challenges before they become issues—keeping projects on track
- Partner with creative teams to bring big ideas to life
- Handle monthly budget tracking, billing, and reporting for assigned clients
What You Bring
- 3+ years of agency experience managing integrated advertising or marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of the creative, production, and digital development process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp organizational and time-management abilities
- Bonus if you’re fluent in PM tool Asana
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a genuine love for great work
