LinkedIn Profile Kim brings more than 16 years of experience in brand strategy, consumer insight development and marketing planning to the Plan B team, helping clients with everything from refining brand messaging to redefining brand positioning. She recently helped Plan B client SIRVA refresh two 75-year-old moving brands with a consumer-focused brand strategy, targeted messaging and a new look and feel. Prior to Plan B, Kim led the client services team at MarketForward (the technology innovation team for the Publicis network of advertising agencies), providing strategic direction for clients on how to best use cutting-edge technology to deliver high impact marketing messages in retail environments. Kim’s account portfolio includes Pepsi, McDonalds, United States Postal Service, Hewlett-Packard, Jim Beam Brands, Nike and Bank of Montreal. Kim also brings a great client-side perspective to the team with more than 7 years experience at Ford Motor Company, providing leadership in a variety of marketing strategy-related positions, including consumer segmentation and targeting, brand positioning, new concept development, portfolio brand management, global marketing and retail experience strategy. Kim learned how to ‘pull it all together’ while earning a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
