Clay, a founding partner, brings 15 years’ experience of brand development expertise, as well as a driving passion for building strong client/agency relationships. He then delivers with the balanced interdisciplinary teams to service them. What makes Clay a great leader is that he has that rare ability to think outside of the box while sticking to the practical, deliverable obligations at hand. Clay played college basketball with the Ball State Cardinals, and still plays competitively. Clay lives in the Rogers Park neighborhood with his wife Sharon and ‘best friend’ Benny.
